Timeline of the day

  • Ceremony | 2:00PM

    Due to limited seating at the ceremony space, please arrive 30-40 minutes prior. Please note: first two rows on both sides are reserved for the parents of the couple and the bridal party.

  • Mocktail Hour | 3:30PM

    Following the ceremony, there will be light refreshments & drinks on the lawn at the Look Out. This is your time to mingle, take photos, and even explore the venue a bit.

  • Reception | 5:30PM

    Find your seats, get comfortable and get ready for a night of celebration!

  • Dinner | 6:00PM

    Enjoy a delicious dinner together! All you-can-eat buffet!

  • Toasts & Speeches | 6:45PM

    Hear from our loved ones as they share heartfelt speeches!

  • Cake Cutting & First Dance | 7:10PM

    Witness these special moments as newlyweds cutting our cake and sharing our first dance together!

  • Let the Party Begin | 7:30PM

    Make sure you’re on the dance floor! Let loose and dance the night away!

  • Sparkler Send-Off | 9:30PM

    Let’s get together and end the night with a beautiful farewell! Sparklers will be provided on the day.

FAQs

Arrival Time

Please arrive at the venue 30-45 minutes prior. This allows ample time for parking, seating and to ensure a prompt start to the ceremony.

Gifts

The best gift is celebrating our special day with you. If you do wish to bless us with something more, we would greatly appreciate a monetary contribution toward our new life together as husband and wife.

A wishing well will be available on the day.

Children

Although we would love to have your little ones come, we will not be able to accommodate them due to venue limitations. Children in our wedding party and immediate families are an exception.

Dry Event

No alcohol will be served, or consumed on the day but plenty of joy, laughter and good company will be in abundance. Please respect our wishes for a non-alcohol celebration.

Unplugged Ceremony

We kindly ask you to refrain from posting photos, videos or going live on social media during the ceremony. We want to enjoy an intimate ceremony, and for everyone to be fully present in the moment with us. Don’t worry - you will have plenty of opportunities to post and share online.

Dress Code

It is semi-formal attire only. We kindly request no cultural attire for this occasion. Please note, ceremony will be outdoors, and it will be cold, so we recommend wearing or bringing something warm.
